Our Professional Mentoring and Supervision Programs Include

• Nursing Preceptorship

• Social Work/Counseling Internship

• Clinical Supervision toward Licensure

Our Preceptorship is a structured program for qualified registered nursing students who's desire to treat and work with Individuals, Families & Communities dealing with mental and behavioral health.  Nursing students must be enrolled in an academic program and be approved prior to be accepting.  Nursing students who are accepted in our organization, obtain competencies in psychotherapy, medication education and reconcilliation, TEACH Back, DSMIV diagnosisng and other psychiatric assessments and screening.  Once completed most go on to earn their PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner) credentials and/or license.

Our Internship program includes Marriage & Family Therapist, Professional Counselors and Social work students at the BSW and MSW level who are enrolled into an academic program leading to their degree.  Our organization offers each student a unique experience tailored around the discipline and specialization of the student, that meet the requirements of the academic program in which they are enrolled while providing the student with the competencies and experience needed to maximize student learning.

Our clinical Supervision toward Licensure program is focused on those individuals who wish to obtain the clinical hours needed to obtain their licensure,  Most have already earned their degree and are currently working either full-time or part-time in the industry,

Our goal to bring comprehensive mental and behavioral health services to our local communities is at the heart of what we do.  Our partnerships with academic institutes have allowed us to not only provide access to affordable mental and behavioral health services' it has allowed us to pay it forward as we train future clinicians in the industry.
